We accept payments through debit/credit cards and Paypal.
Although the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, all ordered are processed in USD using the live exchange rate of the payment gateway.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and most EU countries. We will be expanding to Canada, Australia and most other countries outside the EU in the coming weeks! If you’re from one of the countries where we are expanding to and would really like one of our pieces, drop us an email and we’ll try our best to help!
Shipping is FREE on all orders!
We ship from our partnered factories located around the World. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
This varies depending on whether the item needs to be manufactured from scratch or is already in stock. That said, it will usually take 1-4 weeks for orders to arrive after you've placed it. We'll always keep you in the loop with any updates to your order so you'll receive an email with tracking information once it's been dispatched.
Yes of course! All customers will receive an order confirmation email (containing an order number) once their order has been placed. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking information. Sometimes due to our free shipping service, or the quantity/value of item being low, tracking is not available.

Import laws vary from country to country, so please be aware that you are responsible for knowing your country’s import laws and applicable customs fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and incur customs fees upon arrival. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. In some cases your package may be held at the post office. If this occurs, we’ll inform you as soon as possible so you can go ahead and pick it up. If the package isn’t picked up within the deadline, and thus the package is sent back to us, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will ship it out to you again as soon as it is received.
