If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost. All we require from you, is that you contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item.
We will only issue refunds for items damaged in transit, and only if we are unable to replace the item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs office or for items returned to us for insufficient addresses. It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. We are not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As we ship from specialized global warehouses, we do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: we will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with our return address.
